Précipice Consulting was founded on a simple belief: the restaurants that last are the ones where the concept, the numbers, and the room all tell the same story.

Jonah

Jonah is an Executive Chef with over a decade of hands-on F&B leadership inside some of the country's most demanding hotel and hospitality brands — currently leading culinary operations at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, an AAA Four Diamond resort. Before that: pre-opening Executive Chef for the first JW Marriott in Dallas, Executive Chef and Assistant F&B Director at Virgin Hotels Dallas, and Executive Chef roles across Marriott's Autograph Collection and Gaylord properties.

He holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Louisiana State University, on top of culinary training from The Culinary Institute of America and a B.S. in Culinary Arts & Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales. That combination — trained chef, trained operator — is the whole premise of Précipice Consulting: a concept has to work on the plate and on the P&L, or it doesn't work at all.
